They say on their website, you can cancel the subscription at any time. Tried to cancel ours after the first two of six months. We didn’t like the quality, and it took forever to do each project which was too hard on a seven-year-old. They say yes you can cancel, but it’s not like we’re gonna give you any money back!?! I was only looking to get money back for the last four months. Now I’m going through my credit card to dispute the purchase entirely.
