I ordered a box from Aunt Flo almost a month ago (9/16/16). I received a confirmation email and order number. However, the box has still not arrived! I was charged for the box immediately, but I have still not received it. I clicked on the order number to get more information and the site it takes me to says, “we’re temporarily closed.” Every site I have tried to get contact information for my Aunt Flo box says “we’re temporarily closed.” Ummm…I want my money back then! Does anyone have a contact number or email I can use to get in touch with someone from Aunt Flo’s Happy Box?
The best thing to do in this situation is to file a dispute/chargeback with your credit card company.
I ordered this box in Sept 2016. I have not received the box, but received a confirmation of the order. They do not provide a contact on the website or reply to comments on facebook. I found a phone number to call and left a message…did not receive a call back. There is no way to remove your card from the website. I opened a dispute with my credit card to get the charge removed. Somehow they went in Aunt Flo’s favor and won’t take the charge off my account.
DO NOT ORDER THIS BOX! YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE IT, BUT WILL BE CHARGED.
THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF THE PAGE SO NO ONE ELSE SUBSCRIBES AND LOSES THEIR MONEY!
