I received a box of 24 roses from my sister as a thank you. It came a little later than originally expected . They were packed very well and still hydrated. The only complaint I have is that several leaves fell off just from touching. The roses are beautiful as well as the color assortment. I will see how long they last but i am enjoying them. I give them 3 stars.

The roses I received for Mother’s Day were looking very old with brown spots and petals and leaves falling off. I wrote a letter and sent a photo of roses to Aquarossa support, but received no reply.

BUYER BEWARE! Less than very poor … disgraceful and actually fraudulent. On Monday after Mother’s Day I received a bouquet of roses from my daughter through you. I am heartsick for her, as I’m sure they cost a lot. As I opened the box some of the leaves and roses were falling off. Upon unwrapping the entire bouquet, dried leaves and dried, blackened rose petals fell off. It appears that one side of the bouquet was improperly wrapped and/or stored. I sent a camera photo to her of some of the petals and leaves and one almost intact yellow rose totally blackened on one side. I hope she will contact you and that you actually do something about this. If not, I will certainly warn others never to order from you. I have ordered many plants and bouquets from different florists over the years to be delivered long distance, with never such a complaint..

My son and daughter sent flowers for mother’s day. They arrived today and most of the roses were dying. I do not want to tell them but the flowers are not acceptable for you to be selling!
Love the concept but not the product.

Received your roses this morning, a Mothers Day gift from My daughter, the roses had rotted, they were packed too wet. I threw most of them in the trash, Very disappointing.

I received a bouquet of Aquarossa Farms roses for Mother’s Day. They were extremely well packed and most of the roses have opened up this morning and are gorgeous! The blooms of about a third, though, were dried or browned on the edges and/or sides. A little trimming and turning fixed this and I am enjoying this lovely burst of color- but I can only give them four stars.

I received my dead, wilted roses 🥀 a week late. Over half of the roses were dead on the tips and all were wilted. I tried contacting customer support and didn’t get any help from them. Although this was a third party purchase, Auqua Rossa was the ones who sent the roses like that. They haven’t taken any responsibility at all. My friend paid a good amount and it says fresh flowers. They were not fresh. I do not recommend Auquarossa Farms to anyone. I’m sure not all orders are like this but if it’s not gaureented to arrive fresh, what’s the point in ordering and paying these prices.
