    I bought the October and the Halloween box. The first box had 1 item missing, and the Halloween box almost had all of the snacks the previous box had. I’m very disappointed with the quality, it was a lot better last year, and it was actually worth the price back then. I don’t recommend this subscription box.

    Warning! I got 2 monthly boxes as birthday gift. Both Deluxe. Both months there were ITEMS MISSING amd DESTROYED. In the first box 2 items missing and 1 item totally destroyed and uneatable. In the second box 4!!! Items were missing (i compared with the infp card contents). I will NEVER pay for this box again. I love korea but I will find another box. (We will see if Hellosub is honest and post this review or delete it just because it is negative, but your readers deserve to know about this)

      What a bummer. We have never had any item issues – I suggest reaching out to them. FYI – we pay for our boxes! We just love Ksnax!
