    Cheap, cheap items. They lie in advertising. My coupon for restarting that was supposed to have a plush, figure, or grandprize ended up being the 3$ coupon everyone gets in thier crate. Customer service was rude, they messed up my shipping and so I messaged and said it was weird it said it should have been sent out but was still in their warehouse according to the tracking number. i got a snotty response and ended up messaging another rep to get it solved.
    Go with SoKawaii, better value and better customer service.

    Ordered the first month they started Doki Doki Crate. When they shipped out I never received mine so I canceled my order . I Emailed them. Weeks later I finally got it so I renewed my subscription (for the 2nd box). Never received that one. They sent me their other box “Japan crate” (which is food) instead of the Doki Doki crate. I emailed them again. 2 weeks later I get a reply that says there wasn’t anything they could do. I canceled my subscription. I’m so unhappy. They have terrible customer service and are clearly having issues with their fulfillment of the Doki Doki crates.

    I received well over $30 worth of items….A pair of socks, 2 stuffed items, a full size Hello Kitty zip up wallet, blind box Anime salor Moon figure 4 notepads and some sticker packs. I would highly recommend this box you get your monies worth.
