This subscription ws great a couple of years ago. However, they have not been able to maintain good customer service or online web services. I would receive my POPS inconsistently. It was advertised that if you signed up for a subscription that the monthly fee would be $8.95 – however, I was charged $14.95 per month. There were a couple of months when I didn’t receive a pop; granted, I was not charged, but when you sign up for a monthly subscription, you expect to receive the product on a monthly basis. Then, I moved. I updated my address through my account on the website, but my POP was sent to my old address. When I contacted them, I was told that I would have to cancel my current subscription and sign up with a new subscription in order to change me address. Very disappointing for a service such as this. I cancelled my subscription permanently.
Pop in a box has a great idea, and was a great service for a while, but then the boxes stopped showing up on time, then stopped showing up all together. And if you order from them a certain item directly, and have to return it then you foot the high price to ship back over seas.
