DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! I received a few boxes and then they stopped coming… There is no customer service that you can reach. They recharged my card for a renewal when I haven’t even received the first product and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone.
I ordered this for a Christmas gift to start January 2023. They took my money but never sent the coffee nor have they responded to any emails. And there is no other way to contact them. Just silence. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund

I would stop endorsing this company on your website. I ordered a 1 year, monthly subscription for my mom as a Christmas gift. She received the monthly coffee through June, and then this company went radio silent. We reached out multiple times and received no response. Most recently, I asked for a refund for the second half of the year and have also gotten no response. I’m not sure what happened, but I definitely DON’T recommend wasting your money on this service.
I think Mixcups is no longer in business. No response on email from them and never received my purchase
